I make a special effort to produce items that are suitable for gift-giving, and would not list an item that is not created to the best of my abilities.

Returns and Exchanges:
I gladly accept cancellations with a request within 24 hours of purchase.

All sales are final otherwise unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please do reach out if you have any questions or requests before placing your order. 

Shipping:
To keep shipping costs to a minimum, I ship all orders through USPS 2-5day shipping with tracking for larger orders, unless otherwise requested. For smaller orders, I ship your cards with USPS First Class mail. 

I pack all orders in recycled/reused packaging. 

Non-U.S. Customers Please Note:
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it  can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.

Pricing is determined by consultation time, time it takes to make your piece, and materials. 
Consultation is important to get the feel of your piece, personalities, suggestions for the best way to convey your message and theme. Consultaiton will also include a draft and confirmation of details before piece is started. 
I need at least 14 days to create your piece. This does not include time for shipping. Sometimes pieces need to be done in stages and this time would account for that. Sometimes I don't have the right shade or shine you want on hand, and will need to get the right products. 
Rush pieces are possible if timing permits at an added cost. 
The final payment for your piece will be needed prior to me sending it out. I will mail it usually with USPS priority mail for US customers, which will be included in the final costs. I can also offer express shipping if needed. 
All custom work is final sale.
